FAQ

Knowledge Base: FAQ

We understand that when you outsource a technology project, you want full control and clarity at every stage. We have broken down our process into several clear steps:

  • Step 1: Free Consultation (Discovery Call). We start with a conversation. We want to learn about your industry, your target audience, the pain points of your current system and the business goals you want to achieve.

  • Step 2: Analysis and Strategy. Based on the information gathered, our team prepares technology recommendations and a preliminary sketch of the solution architecture.

  • Step 3: Pricing and scheduling. We provide you with a transparent offer, in which we carefully break down the costs, the stages of the work (so-called milestones) and the expected completion time.

  • Step 4: UX/UI Design and Development. We move on to creative and programming work. We are in constant contact with you, presenting the results after each completed stage.

  • Step 5: Testing and Implementation. Before we finally publish the project, it undergoes rigorous quality assurance (QA), performance and security testing.

  • Step 6: Training and support. Once the project is up and running, we teach you how to use it and provide technical support.

We do not have a one-size-fits-all price list because every business is different and requires a unique approach. Pricing depends on several key factors:

  • Complexity and functionalities: A simple business card website will cost much less than an elaborate e-commerce portal with integration of payment systems, warehouse and CRM system.

  • Customized design vs. templates: Designing a unique graphic interface (UI) from scratch requires the involvement of experienced designers, which affects the price, but provides a unique brand image.

  • Technology selection: Natively written apps (separately for iOS and Android) are more expensive than cross-platform apps (e.g., in Flutter).

  • External Integrations: Connecting external databases, ERP systems, AI tools (e.g. OpenAI API) requires additional developer hours. However, we guarantee full transparency - before signing the contract you will receive a detailed cost estimate so you know exactly what you are investing in.

Turnaround time is directly related to the scale of the project and the efficiency of our communication (e.g., the time it takes to receive text materials and photos from you). The estimated timeframe is as follows:

  • Landing page / Simple business card page: 2 to 4 weeks.

  • Enhanced company website with dedicated design: 4 to 8 weeks.

  • Online store (e-commerce): 2 to 3 months.

  • Dedicated web or mobile application: 3 to 6 months (or more, depending on the sophistication of the function). We work in agile methodologies, which means that we break larger projects into phases. This allows key functionalities to be implemented and start earning you money before the entire, comprehensive system is completed.

The vast majority (often more than 70%) of web traffic now comes from smartphones. When creating sites, we take an approach „Mobile-First” (designing with phone screens in mind in the first place).

  • User experience (UX): Too-small buttons, illegible text or the need to zoom in on the screen cause potential customers to leave the site in seconds. We make sure that navigation is intuitive and comfortable on any device.

  • Google positioning: Google's search engine algorithms work on the basis of „Mobile-First Indexing.” This means that Google evaluates and positions your site based on its mobile version. If a site is not responsive, it drops drastically in search results.

We don't use technologies just because they are „trendy”. We select them to ensure that your business is secure, fast, and easily expandable in the future (scalable).

  • Frontend (what the user sees): We use modern frameworks, such as React.js or Vue.js, which allow you to create extremely fast and smooth animations without reloading the page.

  • Backend (the heart of the system): We rely on Node.js i Python, which are great at processing large amounts of data and handling complex processes.

  • Mobile applications: We bet on Flutter and React Native - are technologies that allow you to write a single code that works perfectly on both Apple (iOS) and Android phones. This is a huge savings for your budget.

  • Websites for Business: We often use WordPress combined with our proprietary solutions, giving you easy content management with maximum security and unique design.

AI-based technologies are not a song of the future, they are tools that are already building competitive advantages today. We implement solutions that take repetitive, tedious tasks off the hands of your employees. Examples from our practice:

  • Intelligent Chatbots: Bots on the website or Telegram app, connected to the ChatGPT API, can independently answer 80% repetitive customer questions, operate 24/7 and take orders, even when your office is closed.

  • Process Automation (RPA): We can make the data from the contact forms automatically go into your CRM system, generate a contract, send a welcome email to the customer and notify the sales person on the company's messenger - all without a single click on your part.

  • Data analysis: We use AI algorithms to analyze customer behavior, which allows us to automatically give them personalized product recommendations, which directly translates into increased sales.

The most beautiful website will not bring profits if no one visits it. That's why we treat SEO (positioning) as an integral part of the process, not an add-on. We offer comprehensive activities:

  • Technical optimization: We take care of lightning-fast loading times (Web Vitals), proper headline structure, optimized code and „light” graphics.

  • Local SEO: For service businesses and stationary stores, we configure and optimize Google My Business cards so that your business appears at the top of Google Maps results in your region.

  • Keyword strategy: We help you plan a content architecture (e.g., blog articles) that responds to real queries your potential customers type into a search engine.

Absolutely not. Technology is constantly evolving, browsers are being updated, and new threats are appearing on the network. That's why we offer technical support packages (SLA - Service Level Agreement) to our customers. What does this mean in practice?

  • Security and backups: We regularly back up your database and files, so that in the event of a disaster, we can restore your system in minutes.

  • Updates: We keep plug-ins, modules and the system kernel up-to-date and patch any security vulnerabilities.

  • Development: With a support package, you have a set pool of hours from our developers that you can use to make minor changes, add new features or modify the design as your business grows.

We completely understand these concerns, which is why we design our systems to give you full control over your content without having to look into the code. You get access to a very intuitive administration panel (CMS). With a few clicks you will be able to do it yourself:

  • Add a new blog post,

  • Change the photos in the gallery,

  • Update the price list or description of services,

  • Add a new product in the store and change its availability status. In addition, once the project is handed over, we provide you and your team with dedicated training (online or onsite) and video instructions that you can always come back to. For more advanced structural changes, you always have us on hand!
